This website (gbid.info) is a purely informational website. No cookies are set, no forms are provided, no user profiles are created, no third-party analytics or tracking tools are used, and no external resources (fonts, scripts, CDN services) are loaded. The entire presentation is rendered exclusively with locally embedded code. Only purely technical access logging for abuse prevention takes place (see section 8).

This website is hosted by Strato AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Str. 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically collects information in so-called server log files that your browser transmits. These include:

• IP address of the requesting device
• Date and time of access
• Name and URL of the retrieved page
• Amount of data transferred
• Notification of whether the retrieval was successful
• Browser type and version
• Operating system
• Referrer URL (previously visited page)

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). The processing serves to ensure trouble-free operation and to detect and prevent misuse. The log files are automatically deleted by the hosting provider after no more than 8 weeks. No merging with other data sources takes place.

This website does not use any cookies whatsoever – neither technically necessary cookies nor analytics, advertising, or any other cookies.

No external services are integrated. No personal data is transferred to third-party providers such as Google, Facebook, Cloudflare, or comparable services. All fonts, icons, and design elements are embedded locally.

8. Access logs for abuse prevention

To prevent automated misuse, we log accesses to this website. In doing so we process: IP address; date and time; the page accessed (domain and path) and the language; the previously visited page (referrer), if transmitted; and the browser identifier (user agent). This technical data is transmitted to and processed on our central server at globalback.de; this portal and globalback.de are operated by the same controller, so no transfer to third parties is involved.

To limit automated status queries, we also store your IP address briefly in pseudonymised form (rate limit). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in IT security and abuse prevention). The logs are automatically deleted after 30 days at the latest; no cookies are set for this purpose. You may object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR.
